We want you and your pet to be genuinely happy with NovaLife Cascade. If you're not, here's exactly how our guarantee works.

30-Night Trial

Every NovaLife Cascade order includes a 30-night trial from the date of delivery. If your pet doesn't take to it, contact us at alexanderf99r99@gmail.com within 30 nights of delivery and we'll issue a full refund. No return shipping runaround, no hassle.

How to Request a Refund

Email us with your order number and we'll confirm the details within 1-2 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't working correctly, contact us right away with a photo or short video of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already shipped, our standard 30-night trial applies once it arrives.
